In the great tradiion of Pravasi Divas, I do hope but do not expect anyone to have followed up on related progress on PIO passports and dual citizenship, the scams at various embassies esp related to Tatkal Passports and many other. I do expect another blowbakck week despite election year on how the Indian ground  media ( for the best No definition No Word new jargon invention) on how unutilized H1 visas and lack of policy dollars for outsourcing are draining the Indian talent pipes of clarityfar out of reach for others. 

However, likely truth be told, voting identities for Non residents may favor economically strong Gujarat and Bihar franchises of state governments in india. That both have a global brand despite being part of the Federal line up has encouraged many like jarnataka and Maharahtra, UP and West Bengal to try and steward the growth from Global investor meets, but the 11% clip of growth for Gujarat from Katch at the Pak's water border to Bombay in the West and the same 11% for Nitish in backward Bihar east of UP and West of West Bengal, seems unfortunately too  Of course the implementation rates from the GIMs also remains low at less than 20% in most, Bellary having even shut down current Iron and Steel operations let alone bother with any new planned ones

That begets the question of residentship on NRI votes and shouldn't they be just voting for Delhi, maybe?
